Description

Umeboshi Ume Su Vinegar from LIMA is the red juice of umeboshi brined with shiso leaves.

Indication

It is used just like vinegar although it is less acidic (acidity 4º), it has a refreshing and pleasantly salty flavor, it improves the flavor of tofu, its fragrance is also appreciated when sautéing vegetables, with rice, couscous or pasta.
