Alemany Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with Lavender Honey is obtained from the juice of apples from the plain of Lleida with lavender honey from 100% organic farming. It is a cooperative project with three family businesses from Lleida: Badia Vinagres, Cal Valls and Alemany.

It is an organic apple cider vinegar without sulfites and contains the mother of vinegar, a biofilm that occurs at the end of the fermentation of vinegar because it is not filtered or pasteurized.
