Terrasana Gray Kuzu is a Japanese binder that comes from the starch of the kuzu plant. The gray kuzu is not washed or filtered. It binds effectively and does not affect the flavor of the dish.

Indication

Kuzu is a natural Japanese binder that comes from the starch of the kuzu plant. It has a neutral flavor and binds effectively to soups, sauces and (hot) desserts. Kuzu does not contain vegetables or gluten. Gray kuzu is not washed or filtered, so you need a little more than white kuzu. Also available: kuzu white.

Intake mode

It is recommended to use 12 g of kuzu per 250 ml of liquid. Dissolve in 2-3 tablespoons of cold water before use. Use 60 g of kuzu in 400 ml of liquid to make pudding.

Storage conditions

After opening, store tightly in a dry, dark place at room temperature (max. 20 ° C).
