Description
Ciao the tart salt of Aromandise is a mixture of vegetables, hibiscus and Wakame seaweed for a pleasantly tart condiment which replaces the taste and hedonic effect that the salt provides.
Indication
A tasty substitute for reducing the consumption of table salt, with umami and sweet notes! Ciao le Sel, to be able to put your salt shaker in the cupboard.
A synergy of aromatics with properties chosen for:
-Replace certain effects of salt (flavor enhancer).
-Respond to a need for gustatory satisfaction by replacing those provided by salt; foods that have an appetizing flavor, offer a pleasant effect in the mouth): Umami and Kokumi; odor: volatile fraction of essential oils, pungent sensory effects (pepper, chilli, paprika).
- Amplify the salty taste present in small quantities: Umami and Kokumi, smells identified by the brain as those of salty foods (eg the oregano-pizza pair).
