Indication

Frying + pan-fried oil is neutral in taste and odorless thanks to a brief treatment with water vapor after crushing (deodorization). This process allows it to best bring out the intrinsic flavor of food. It can replace butter in cooking, especially shortbread and cakes. It is also perfect for searing meats, fish, tofu, vegetable fritters or sautéed potatoes over high heat.
