Description
Gomasio from organic farming, invigorating condiment obtained from toasted and crushed sesame seeds, mixed with a small percentage of salt.
Gomasio or sesame salt is a Japanese condiment based on sesame seeds and sea salt. It provides many nutrients and great flavor to dishes, which allows you to reduce salt intake and increase calcium intake (it takes 7.5 times more than milk!).
Vegan, organic, lactose-free product.
Indication
Contains Sesame.
Nutritional properties
- Carbohydrates: gomasio contains approximately 9% carbohydrates, most of which are fiber.
- Fatty acids: gomasium contains almost half its weight in fat, it is especially rich in linoleic acid ( omega-6 ) and, to a small extent, in alpha-linolenic acid ( omega-3 ). It is also rich in lecithin that covers neurons and protects the membranes of all cells in the body.
- Proteins: thanks to sesame seeds, gomasio contains 20% proteins of high biological value, made up of 15 amino acids, especially methionine (deficient in legumes) and tryptophan (serotonin precursor and good regulator of the nervous system ).
- Vitamins: The gomasio is rich in vitamins of group B and vitamin E. Vitamin E has an antioxidant effect against aging. Within the group of B vitamins, the content of vitamin B3 stands out, which is very important to maintain the good condition of the skin. Vitamin B6 helps with the proper functioning of the immune system. Also B2, important to obtain and transform energy.
- Minerals: gomasium provides a large amount of calcium (approximately 900 mg per 100 g), in addition to magnesium, copper, potassium, phosphorus, sodium chloride, iron, iodine and zinc.
- Fiber: it is rich in fiber, especially soluble fiber.
