Intake mode

It is recommended to consume raw, soak for a few hours, or ground into flour. A tablespoon is recommended in the morning on an empty stomach and another at night before going to bed. As an external use, it can be used for wraps and poultices, preparing the ground flaxseed mixture with hot water.
