This product is enriched with omega 3 (essential fatty acid for the body that helps maintain a healthy heart.); amino acids (basic for the formation of proteins and very important for the development and repair of muscles, bones and skin.); fiber (helps maintain bowel regularity and can help lower cholesterol levels.); lignans (rich in antioxidants that help eliminate excess free radicals from the body.) and minerals (provides calcium, iron and zinc, essential to maintain the body's functions).

Intake mode

It is recommended to be added as a complement to any meal of the day.
