The texture is very creamy, and the custard flavor is great. As it is not shaken you have the sensation of eating, it is slowly tasted with a spoon. They are very comfortable and easy to prepare. They are powders that are presented in sachets and are prepared with 200 ml of water, stirring until completely dissolved. 200 kg per sachet / meal. Now, to lose weight, you know, physical exercise (walking, running or cycling, gym) and taking care of food, soon you will notice the results.

La textura es muy cremosa, y el sabor a natillas es genial. Al no ser batido tienes la sensación de comer, se degusta lentamente con cuchara. Son muy cómodos y fáciles de preparar. Son polvos que se presentan en sobres y se preparan con 200 ml de agua, removiendo hasta que se disuelva por completo. 200 kg por sobre/comida. Ahora , para adelgazar ya sabéis , ejercicio físico (andar , correr o bicicleta, gimnasio ) y cuidar alimentación , al poco ya se va notando los resultados.

Taste great. I always use it for breakfast like yogurt. If you put less water in it and leave it in the fridge for a while it is thick and fills you up more.

Sabor buenísimo. Lo uso siempre en el desayuno como las de yogurt . Si le pones menos agua y lo dejas en la nevera un rato está espeso y te llena más.
