I like the way it looks and how easy it is to prepare even though I can't find cheese flavor, but it is good and looks like a normal omelette. I add aromatic species and it is very good.

An omelette that helps take care of your figure with the benefits of a low-calorie diet (low in calories), decreased carbohydrate intake and rich in protein.

Intake mode

It is recommended to pour the content into a container with 110 ml of cold water. Mix it until obtaining a homogeneous preparation. Next, cook the mixture in a non-stick frying pan (or with a small amount of oil) for 1 to 3 minutes, until obtaining the desired consistency. If you want to prepare scrambled eggs, cook the mixture for 2 minutes in the microwave at 650 W. Then stir it with the help of a hand mixer.
