    I really like the quality and flavor. It's not strong like green tea, or some others I tried. It can be taken in the afternoon/night because it does not keep you from sleeping. I recommend it 100%

Mitoku Bio Roasted Kukicha Tea Traditional tea from Japan made from Camellia sinensis twigs and stems.

Intake mode

It is recommended to add 3 tablespoons to 1 liter of water, bring to a boil, and then simmer for 3-5 minutes. Strain and serve.
