Description
Herbaldi Galician herb is a preparation based on dry extracts of this medicinal plant, which has been used for healing purposes since ancient times. Phytotherapy today plays a relevant role and this plant has various ways of ingesting it, especially in teas and infusions.
Intake mode
It is recommended to add two grams of the plant to a quarter of a liter of previously boiled and hot water for ten minutes, shaking it occasionally; it is filtered and the liquid obtained can be taken before eating. This operation can be repeated up to three times a day.
