Indication

• Black tea is the variety of tea with the highest degree of oxidation (100%). To obtain this tea, black tea is mixed with bergamot oil from Calabria, an exclusive Mediterranean citrus that generates a unique flavor that has been loved by the English since the 19th century.

Intake mode

It is recommended to add between 0.5 g and 1 g in your bowl and stir with a spoon or a whisk to create foam.

1. Add 1g of tea in a cup.
2. Pour 60 ml of water at 80ºC.
3. Stir the tea with a bamboo or electric whisk until dissolved and foamy.
4. Add 190 ml of water if you want a traditional tea or 190 ml of milk to mix it with milk. Sweeten to taste.
