This product is essential for me, since I have a 101 year old mother, to whom I have been giving Kanne for many years, when I don't give it to her she notices it very much, such an elderly person needs this product for many of her problems, it is very beneficial, your intestine works much better, and your stomach too. Excellent for taking care of my microbiota. I use it to start other probiotic cultures, to take directly in small doses or to make dressings replacing vinegar.
