Description

Salud Viva Eco Carob Cocoa is formulated with carob powder and is ideal to replace cocoa or chocolate. It is a plant-based sweetener and has great nutritional value, even higher than chocolate and contains less than half the fat of cocoa.

Indication

Normally sweet, without caffeine, without gluten, without preservatives or additives of any kind. Carob Cacao powder is made with the highest quality fruits, only the best fruits reach the production stage. This carob tree is of Mediterranean origin, from the island of Crete, as the special climate of the island gives this carob tree a unique sweetness. The pods are processed at temperatures below 45 o C before grinding to improve the aroma and flavor of the final product. Then this powder is roasted at a certain temperature until it tastes as close to that of cocoa powder.

Intake mode

It is recommended to use in confectionery, cakes, hot drinks, milk shakes and desserts etc.

Precautions

May contain traces of nuts and sesame.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool place (below 18ºC), dry, protected from sunlight and isolated from the ground. Consume preferably before the date indicated on the package.
