Description

Kombu Bio Seaweed from Naturitas Essentials, dehydrated from organic farming. Origin Galicia.

Vegan, organic product, lactose-free, without preservatives.

Indication

100g is equivalent to 1kg of fresh seaweed.

Intake mode

  • Raw: chop and soak in water and salt for 15 minutes. Clean and add directly to the dish.
  • Cooked: boil 20 minutes with water, broth, vegetables, etc. It can also be added to stir-fries, or steamed. 100g = accompaniment for 20 servings.

Precautions

May contain traces of molluscs, fish and crustaceans.

Storage conditions

Store in a tightly closed container. If a white color appears on the algae, it is due to its own salts, which act as a natural preservative.
