Description
Kombu Eco Seaweed from Porto Muiños is naturally fleshy and slightly cartilaginous that provides a sweet and smooth sea flavor.
Indication
It is a source of protein, with a low fat and high fiber content, as well as rich in Calcium, Magnesium, Iron and Iodine.
Intake mode
Broth: Cook for 5 minutes at the rate of 1 g of dehydrated kombu seaweed for each liter of water. Once the broth is made, remove the seaweed and consume only the broth.
Hydration: Immerse in water for 20 minutes. Change the water and let it soak for another 20 minutes. Once hydrated, it increases its dry weight 7 times.
Precautions
Product intended only for the preparation of broths and infusions, it should not be consumed dehydrated.
It is recommended not to consume more than one cup of broth or kombu infusion per person per day.

Storage conditions
