Description
Algae harvested by hand in its natural environment on the coast of Galicia (Bay of Biscay and Portuguese waters). Sheet-shaped seaweed with a dark purple-green color, cartilaginous texture and a crustacean flavor with a smoky touch.
Indication
Consume seasoned in salad, fried, crispy, boiled in soups, creams, croquettes, scrambled eggs, stews and empanadas. As a garnish in fish or seafood dishes. To wrap rice with raw or marinated fish: Japanese green sushi.
Intake mode
Hydrated is recommended: submerge in water for 10 minutes. Change the water and keep submerged for 5 more minutes. When hydrated it increases 6 times its dry weight.
Cooking: Cook for 5 minutes.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place.
