All mushrooms are low in calories, satiating and rich in indigestible fiber that helps in intestinal transit. None have lipoprotein and they do have chitin, which is a carbohydrate that makes up the cell wall of fungi and helps to eliminate LDL lipoprotein in the blood.

Indication

They are rich in vitamins (especially group B), vitamin precursors (eg niacin, retinol.) and minerals (especially the antioxidant selenium, potassium, magnesium or iodine.

They have a high content of beta-glucans, which are a type of carbohydrate that enhances and modulates the immune system. The proportion of beta-glucans varies from one species to another.

Intake mode

It is recommended to eat according to the consumer's taste.

Storage conditions

Store in a fresh and dry place.
