Description
An alternative to wheat couscous, this corn and rice couscous brightens up your dishes with its bold color and delicious flavors.
Intake mode
It is recommended to pour 1 part of couscous into a bowl, add 1 vol. of boiling water, cover, let swell for 5 minutes and then fluff with a fork. Season to taste. It is eaten hot as a garnish or cold as a tabbouleh.
Storage conditions
Keep in a dry place, at room temperature and away from sunlight.
