Description
Polenta is made with cornmeal. Quick to prepare, it can be used in both savory and sweet dishes.
Intake mode
It is recommended for 5 people, pour 250 g of semolina into 1 liter of boiling water, stirring constantly, add salt and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Polenta can be prepared as a main dish (puree), as an appetizer (moulded in different types of pans, cooled and then toasted in the oven or in the pan), as a side dish as a bread, or to take on a picnic or as a substitute for the base of a tart.
Storage conditions
Store in a dry, warm place and protected from light.
