Description
Bulgur from organic farming, obtained from precooked, dried and broken wheat grain. It is high in fiber and phosphorus. Source of iron and potassium.
Intake mode
It is recommended to put the bulgur in a pan and add twice as much water, season with salt to taste. Bring to a boil and when it starts to boil, cover and let stand for 15 minutes.
