Quinoa Real Tricolor

Description

EcoAndes tricolor royal quinoa is a blend of red, black and white royal quinoa. Compared to other varieties of quinoas, they have a higher quality of proteins, minerals and vitamins. (phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, calcium, among others). It is an easily digestible food.

Indication

It contains large amounts of antioxidants, including quercetin and kaempferol.
Contains soluble fiber that helps reduce blood sugar levels, lower lipoproteins, increase the feeling of satiety.
Quinoa's glycemic index is low, but its high carbohydrate content must be taken into account.
The current diet tends to be poor in some minerals that the body needs, especially magnesium, potassium, zinc and (especially for women) iron. Quinoa is rich in these same four minerals, particularly magnesium.
Quinoa is a food very rich in protein and is often recommended for athletes who want to increase or maintain muscle mass.

Intake mode

It is recommended for 1 portion of EcoAndes tricolor royal quinoa to use 3-4 portions of water. Let it simmer until the water is absorbed.

Storage conditions

Store at room temperature protected from the sun. Average life of 24 months, as long as the storage conditions are respected.
