Description
Quinoa Blanca Origins Bio is an alternative to rice, pasta and potatoes. Quinoa is an easily digestible pseudocereal that has appeared in the European pantry as an alternative, since its properties and versatility leave no one indifferent.
Indication
White Quinoa Origins Bio is a food from organic farming and of the highest quality. It is rich in slowly absorbed carbohydrates and has a high fiber content, essential for satiety and proper intestinal function.
Quinoa is a pseudocereal with great nutritional value. Provider of complete protein, it has all the essential amino acids, making it a valid source for vegetarians and vegans. In addition to being full of nutrients, its preparation is very easy and practical, and it can be used as an ingredient in any meal, be it for breakfast or dinner.
It is a food with a high content of micronutrients, specifically group B vitamins, vitamin E, iron, potassium, zinc, selenium, magnesium, manganese, copper and phosphorus that contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, protection of the immune system, prevention of cell aging and psychological well-being.
Intake mode
It is recommended to use as an alternative to rice, pasta and potatoes. It is preferable to soak it for 6 hours before cooking it to eliminate phytates, substances that prevent the absorption of certain nutrients and remove the bitter taste of saponins.
To cook it, simply place it in a covered pot with twice the amount of boiling water and a little Himalayan pink salt and cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Like other cereals, with this food you can create different dishes. It is possible to add vegetables during the cooking of the quinoa, quickly creating a simple dish. For breakfast or a snack, sweet quinoa porridge is an excellent option.
Precautions
May contain traces of soy, sesame seeds, peanuts, tree nuts, sulfites and sulfur dioxide.
