Description
Celnat Perlé Barley is a sweet and refreshing cereal, delicious as a side dish or in soups and stews. Unlike wheat or rye, barley grain has an unsightly cellulose coating.
Indication
This cereal has been cultivated by man since prehistoric times, both in Mediterranean climates and in northern Europe. Pythagoras, it is said, a famous Greek mathematician and philosopher, already advised its consumption.
Intake mode
It is recommended to plan one glass of cereal per person. Pour 1 volume of barley into 3 times its volume of cold salted water. Simmer, covered, for about 1 hour from boiling.
