Probios wholemeal russello spaghetti are produced with ancient russello wheat, a variety grown in Sicily, with a tall stem and the characteristic reddish color from which it takes its name.
From the semolina of this grain we obtain an excellent semolina which is used to produce this pasta, bronze drawn and slow drying, rich in fibers.
Available in 3 formats: spaghetti, penne and fusilli.
It is recommended to eat al dente.
Store in a cool, dry place away from sources of light and heat.
