Probios russello wholemeal fusilli are produced with ancient russello wheat, a variety grown in Sicily, with a tall stem and a characteristic reddish color from which it takes its name.
From the semolina of this wheat an excellent semolina is obtained which is used to produce this pasta, bronze drawn and slow drying, rich in fiber.
Available in 3 formats: spaghetti, penne and fusilli.
We recommend eating al dente.
