Description
Iris's Whole Wheat Semolina Macaroni is a high-fiber, protein-rich wheat pasta. It is produced with a mixture of grains selected and grown by the Cooperativa Agrícola IRIS in Italy. It is a product dried at low temperatures and long times, so as not to damage the nutritional content of the cereal.
Intake mode
It is advisable to boil plenty of water (1 lt / 100gr of pasta). When it starts to boil add sea salt (1.5 gr / lt) and then the pasta. Stir only once and cook (boil) for 11-13 minutes. Drain in a colander. Add to the hot sauce and sauté for 30 seconds.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool and dry place.
