White wheat lasagna
The white wheat lasagna by probios is a white pasta obtained with the best durum wheat grown and milled in Italy.
Obtained with traditional methods, and dried at controlled temperatures, Probios pasta goes well with any type of sauce thanks to its porosity and keeps cooking perfectly.
It is recommended to use directly in a pan with liquid sauce and cooked in the oven at 180 ° for 40 minutes. They can also be previously boiled in abundant salted water (100g per liter) for 5 minutes.
