Description

Biocop Wheat Macaroni Bio from Biocop is a pasta made with whole wheat grain, following an artisanal method that guarantees a drying time of 48 hours, obtaining a delicious and nutritious pasta. Nationally produced.

Indication

Traditional method of "Bronzo trafilatura". The cold dough is passed through bronze molds to obtain a more pleasantly rough and porous paste, ideal for absorbing and enhancing sauces. Drying is carried out with low temperatures and long times, so as not to damage the valuable content of the cereal.

Intake mode

It is recommended to cook in abundant water over medium heat approx. 15 minutes. Add the pasta when the water is boiling. Drain and season to taste.
