    I love buckwheat in all its forms, toast, bread, flakes and pasta, like these macaroni. The good thing about this product is that apart from the nutritional qualities it provides (many more than normal wheat), it cooks before and smells that it feeds. Accompanied by a zucchini, a carrot and minced poultry, you have a top meal for 4 people
