Konjac macaroni from Naturitas Essentials, konjac macaroni is an alternative pasta made from konjac flour.
Indication
Konjac is a tuber of the plant Amorphophallus sp. Cultivated and processed in China, a flour is obtained from its root that is then used to prepare macaroni. The glucomannan in konjac helps to lose weight* and maintain normal** cholesterol levels.
*Glucomannan helps to lose weight when following a low-calorie diet, with a daily intake of 3g of glucomannan in three 1g doses, along with one or two glasses of water, before meals.
**The intake of 4g of glucomannan contributes to maintaining normal cholesterol levels.
