    Like oatmeal in a very good food. I mix it with each other along with the corn flakes, the whole bran for my breakfasts and it is very good.

El Granero Integral Organic Rye Flakes stands out because it contains a great variety of minerals (potassium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, selenium, zinc ...) and vitamins, among which are vitamins A, E (tocopherol) and vitamins group B, such as folic acid.

Indication

It contains less gluten than wheat, although it is still quite protein, containing an appreciable amount of the amino acid Lysine, which is deficient in corn, rice and wheat. Rye has a positive effect on the circulatory system, due to a sum of factors present in its composition.

Intake mode

It is recommended to take them directly with yogurt, vegetable or derived drinks, juices etc. You can use them to cook them or make different recipes.
