Gluten-free Eco oat flakes

Description

Organic gluten-free oats are a top quality whole grain. Grown in Europe according to organic farming guidelines, it is subjected to the most rigorous quality controls.

Indication

Thanks to a gentle mechanical process, the organic oats in fine flakes are ready to be consumed after hydrating them for a few moments in water or vegetable drink. It is harvested and cleaned, then subjected to vapors and converted into flakes. It is dried, sieved and finally safely packaged for shipment.

Oatmeal as such is a food with extraordinary nutritional properties as well as proven health benefits.

Finely flaked oats are rich in slow-absorbing complex carbohydrates associated with fiber, which provides the body with stable energy for several hours after ingestion. It also contains a high level of proteins and healthy fats.

Fine oat flakes are rich in minerals and vitamins.

Intake mode

Fine flakes of organic oats are prepared simply by mixing a tablespoon of the product in the vegetable drink of your choice, such as almond, oat or rice drink, or with milk. It dilutes easily both cold and hot and due to its naturally sweet flavor it does not require the addition of sweeteners.

Ideal as a high-quality breakfast cereal due to its balanced contribution of macronutrients.

If you want to make Oatmeal, you should use between 3 and 4 tablespoons in a cup or bowl.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool place (Preferably 5-15ºC), protected from direct light. In dry conditions (Preferably RH 55-65%) and clean.

Once opened, close hermetically and store again under the conditions described to avoid exposure to ambient humidity, the adhesion of odors and microbial contamination.
