El Granero Integral Organic Puffed Oatmeal is the lightest and crunchiest form of cereal for breakfast, snacks or to give a touch of texture to yogurts and creams.

Indication

Oatmeal is a very complete and balanced cereal. Along with carbohydrates and fiber, it provides more protein, fat and minerals than other cereals. For example, very good amounts of magnesium, copper, iron, zinc and vitamin B1, as well as small doses of calcium, folic acid and other vitamins of group B. It is a cereal with a high protein content, carbohydrates that are absorbed slowly, so it is satiating and its effect lasts for hours after consuming it.

Intake mode

It is recommended to drink according to the consumer's taste. A very easy puffed oatmeal recipe can be to add it to yogurt or milk to replace it for breakfast.
