Description

Casa Amella's organic cooked milky chickpeas are steamed until they reach their optimum point. They are packaged with their cooking water and a little sea salt. Steam cooking gives it a unique flavour, smell and texture, preserving its properties to the maximum.

Intake mode

It is recommended to soak in lukewarm water and salt for 12 hours. Boil 3 parts of water to 1 of chickpeas, cook for 1 hour in a pressure cooker or 3 hours in a casserole (approximately).

Storage conditions

It does not need cold. Glass jar. BPA free caps (Bisphenol A)
