Description
Green lentil Anicia holds its shape well when cooked. From the Primeal supply chain in France. Rich in protein and fiber.
Intake mode
It is recommended to rinse 1 part of lentils, put them in a saucepan with cold water, let them boil for 1 minute and then drain them (this step helps the lentils to digest well). Continue cooking in 3 parts water, covered, for 20 to 30 minutes.
Storage conditions
Keep in a dry place, at room temperature, away from sunlight.
