Description
Celnat Bio white spelled flour is made mainly from the grain of spelled, so it is mainly composed of proteins and starch (carbohydrates). It is a source of protein.
Indication
Einkorn (or “spelled”) belongs to the same botanical genus as wheat and is an ancient variety of it. Its composition is close to that of soft wheat. The spelled was the basis of the diet of the Romans who called it "farrum". It was his name that later gave rise to the words "far" and "flour".
Spelled is a resistant cereal from dry mountainous areas with harsh climates.
Intake mode
