Description
Primeal Spelled Yeast yeast made from organic spelled ground into flour and then hydrated and fermented.
Indication
Combines the advantages of organic yeast (perfume + texture + flavor + longer bread life) and yeast (good dough development)
Intake mode
It is recommended for a 750 g bread by hand, mix 500 g of flour, preferably light or beige, 2.5 round tablespoons of Spelled Yeast, 2 teaspoons of salt and 300 to 320 ml of hot water. Knead for the first time and let stand for 30 minutes in a covered bowl at a temperature of about 22 °. Carefully remove the dough, removing the air that entered to form the bread. Allow to stand for 60 to 90 minutes. Place in the hot oven (220-230 ° C) for about 45 minutes.
