    My favorite millet. It is ground super fine, without lumps or whole grain flakes in the middle and leaves the dough very soft. It absorbs a lot of water in the breads but gives them a very good crumb and a flavor that in my opinion is quite neutral. I mix it with sorghum from the same brand.
