I have chosen this product to be able to make gluten-free bread. The mixture of flours in the package is very good and the bread comes out delicious.

I choose this product for several things, one cannot eat rice and I have not seen many flours without glu that do not contain it. Compared with other gluten-free flours, the recipes with proceli are spectacular. And if you mix it with a little buckwheat and millet, I won't even tell you the result. Zero taste without glu. Elijo este producto por varias cosas, uno no puedo comer arroz y no he visto muchas harinas sin glu que no lo lleven. Comparadas con otras harinas sin gluten las recetas con proceli quedan espectaculares. Y ya si la mezclas con un poco de sarraceno y mijo ni te digo el resultado. Cero sabor sin glu. Un 10 a la harina.

I used it for a carrot cake that turned out great (actually much better than expected). I will use it again. Little more can I add, as I am a newcomer to the world of gluten-free flours.

Lo utilicé para una tarta de zanahorias que quedó genial (de hecho, mucho mejor de lo esperado). Volveré a usarla. Poco más puedo añadir, pues soy una recién llegada al mundo de las harinas sin gluten.
