Description
Govinda's Chufa Flour has an excellent nutty-like flavor and high fiber content. The fibers swell, thus ensuring a longer lasting satiety.
Indication
Chufa (cyperus esculentes). The tubers of chufa (known in Italy as babbagigi or sweet bunting) are highly appreciated for their remarkable nutritional properties since ancient Egypt. Our chufa tubers are grown in organic farming and are transformed into a flour of particular value without additives.
Intake mode
It is particularly recommended as an aid in weight loss diets. Enjoy it simply by combining 2-3 tablespoons of water, fruit juice or milk (about 200 ml). Sprinkle it over the muesli, or just mix it into the yogurt. It can also be used in cakes and bread instead of nuts.
