Description

Organic barley flakes are a good source of energy, especially slow-assimilating carbohydrates and are remineralized due to their content of potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron and phosphorus.

Indication

The greatest treasure is its trace elements, among which the antioxidant selenium, zinc, manganese and copper stand out, which make it an ideal food in deficiency states. In addition, they are rich in several vitamins of group B (B1, B3 and B6). Although it does not have as much protein as wheat, its contribution is not negligible (almost 10%). Its soluble fiber is rich in beta glucans.

Intake mode

It is recommended to enjoy with various ingredients both for breakfast and as a snack, and this gives us the possibility of creating nutritious and very complete dishes. For example, they can be ideal with milk (whether of animal or vegetable origin), yogurt, and they combine very well with nuts and fresh fruit.
