Description
Primeal Corn, Rice and Chia Couscous, is a delicious vegan recipe based on corn couscous and rice, perfumed thanks to lemon and enriched with chia seeds, rich in omega 3.
Indication
No cooking required, ready in 5 minutes. Ideal for a fast and balanced meal to consume cold or hot.
Intake mode
1 volume of boiling water is recommended for 1 volume of preparation (or 500 ml of water for 300 g of preparation). Cover, leave to rest for a few minutes and mix with a fork.
Storage conditions
Keep away from heat and humidity.

Corn flour (66.3%), Sêmola de milho (66.3%), Rice flour (28.4%), Rice semolina (28.4%), Black chia seeds (3%), Sementes de chia preta (3%), Lemon essential oil, marinho salt, essential oil of limão.
