    Very good, I use it for breakfast cooking as if it were oatmeal and I add fruits or nuts. I also use it for savory recipes, for example I substitute the couscous for amaranth

    I love this pseudo-cereal. I prepare it as soft as polenta and then season it with tamari and chopped flax seeds. It is filling but highly digestible and rich in protein and other nutrients. In short, a tasty, light and complete dish!

    Adoro questo pseudo-cereale. Lo preparo morbido come una polentina e poi lo condisco con tamari e semi di lino tritati. È saziante ma molto digeribile e ricco in proteine e altri nutrienti. Insomma un piatto gustoso, leggero e completo!
