Rinsing the nose is practiced with a warm salty solution in a period of allergy due to pollen and dust. This type of cleaning provides relief and comfort.

How to apply Travel lot, nasal cleaning?

In normal weather, at least once a day in the morning. During pollination and/or colds, at least 2 to 3 times a day.

Use lightly salted water at a temperature close to your body temperature. 3 g of salt is enough.

Prepare a salt solution with room temperature spring water and unrefined organic sea salt. 1 teaspoon of salt is needed per 500 ml of water. Stir well to dissolve all the salt. Fill the pot with this solution and start cleaning.
