Eye makeup remover oil

I can't find a natural eye makeup remover that really removes makeup without having to take a while and spend a lot of product. This is the second one I've tried and it doesn't work for me either and I don't use waterproof makeup.

I use it on a moistened disc to remove makeup from the eyes and I get it quickly and gently for me it is perfect.
