How to choose your size?

The Woments menstrual cup is available in two different sizes: To choose the size of your menstrual cup, you must look at one factor: whether or not you have had a vaginal delivery.

Size S: you have never had a vaginal delivery.

Size L: you have had a vaginal delivery or have a weak pelvic floor.

*Every body is different and these general rules may not work for you, if you experience any discomfort you may need to resize or reposition.

How to apply Menstrual cup (Size L)?

1- Sterilize the menstrual cup before using it:

It is important that you clean your glass before and after each use.

Once you have done it, it is ready to be placed. Between changing and changing during the menstrual cycle, you just have to rinse it with water and reintroduce it. Once your period is over, you can sterilize it by boiling it in water for 5 to 8 minutes.

2-Fold, insert and place the menstrual cup correctly:

There are 3 shapes: V, S and C.

How to insert it:

Just as you would with a tampon, position the cup toward your tailbone and insert until the stem is inside.

It is very important that you make sure that the cup opens completely once inside. There are several ways to ensure that a vacuum is created:

• Turn the cup.
• Move the cup up and down.
• Run your finger around the cup.
• Gently pull down.

3-Remove the menstrual cup carefully

To extract it, locate the tail and press the base of the cup to undo the vacuum (little trick: push as if you wanted to pee). Keep it face up so that nothing comes out and... voila!

*You can wear your Woments menstrual cup for up to 12 hours at a time, although we recommend that you empty your cup 2-3 times a day.
