Properties and benefits of moisturizing facial toner

The toner is one of the most important products for skin care, although we are usually not aware of it. That is, cleaning products usually remove the acid mantle of the skin: the pH value. Therefore, the toner is of vital importance as it helps to restore the pH of the skin.

How to apply moisturizing facial toner?
