My Cosmetik's organic St. John's Wort oily macerate is, among other things, calming and restorative. It helps to treat wounds, minor burns and irritations. Decongestant, it is ideal in case of circulatory disorders.
Properties and benefits of Oily Macerat of St. John's Wort
St. John's Wort is also called the herb of St. John's. There are hundreds of varieties of this plant, but only St. John's Wort Hypericum perforatum is used for maceration. It owes its name to the very original appearance of its leaves which seem to be studded with thousands of holes. The oily macerate is powerful, with calming and decongestant active ingredients. Endowed with soothing virtues, this macerate calms burns and sunburns.
The oily macerate of St. John's Wort has very effective antiseptic properties in cleaning wounds. It is an ingredient of choice to incorporate into your restorative treatments. The skin is revitalized, supple and elastic. This macerate is also calming and durably soothes itchy skin. Be careful, this macerate is photosensitizing: do not apply this macerate within 6 hours of exposure to the sun.
How to apply Oily Macerat of St. John's Wort?

-Soothing massage oil: Mix 70 ml of macadamia vegetable oil with 30 ml of St. John's Wort oily macerate, 30 drops of lemon-flavored essential oil and 10 drops of vitamin E. Massage your body after bathing and showering.
-Healing and regenerating night serum: Pour into a bottle 50 ml of oily calendula macerate, 25 ml of oily macerate of St. John's Wort, 25 ml of vegetable squalane, 20 drops of cistus essential oil, 30 drops of coenzyme Q10 and 5 drops of vitamin E. Shake to mix well. On cleansed skin, apply a few drops. Pat to make it penetrate well and massage gently. To be used in the evening.
Precautions
Be careful, it is photosensitizing because of the hyperforin and hypericin it contains, to be used in the evening. Do not ingest.
Storage conditions
Keep properly closed and out of the reach of children, away from light and heat.
